Our service and repair shop is quick, efficient and cost effective and will guarantee to maintain your equipment to the highest standards as well as prolong its working life.
We will arrange collection, organise the repair or service and return the mattresses to your healthcare setting in full working order. We always use genuine parts and have expert knowledge of the entire MEDevice range.
We can design a tailored service to suit your settings requirements, either as a one off call out or a full service and maintenance contract.
We know how a breakdown in equipment can result in discomfort and stress for patients and their families, so all call outs are guaranteed to receive response within 24 hours, although we aim to have a response within 8 hours. Out of hours calls are managed by a dedicated on-call engineer who will be there to rectify and repair the breakdown.
Decontamination
At MEDevice we understand how vitally important it is to follow a strict policy of cleaning and decontamination to prevent cross-contamination between users of equipment. That is why we can take this huge responsibility off your hands with our specialist service and engineering team.
We will arrange collection, organise the decontamination and return the mattresses to your healthcare setting in full working order.
Once systems arrive they are taken to a controlled area where our team follow a strict pathway pertinent to each part of the cleaning process. Mattresses are fully immersed into a bath where all contaminates are removed, we don’t just wipe down.
