Delivery and Returns
At MEDevice we ship all orders Monday to Friday and orders placed before 1pm can often be delivered the next working day. In some cases however orders may take longer to ship – in particular ex-works deliveries, large pallet orders, specialised and bespoke systems. Please talk to our customer service team if you require additional details about a specific order on 07340 512099 or email on sales@medevice.uk.
Larger deliveries are scheduled for a mutually convenient time, to allow our clients to make room for the equipment and its installation.
If you do not receive your goods within the time specified when you placed your order, then you need to contact the MEDevice customer service team and we will chase your delivery.
I have not received my order what do I do?
Contact the customer service team on 07340 512099 or sales@medevice.uk and we will trace it for you (available Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm) or leave a message and one of the team will call you back.
Returns
MEDevice offer a 30-day money-back guarantee so you know you are in safe hands and have peace of mind. However, unfortunately there are some products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or if they are custom made.
